If 24 hours have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Because toys are sensitive items and can be damaged after use, we only entertain complaints within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original box packing
  • All accessories must be included
  • Product must be in the same condition as received

Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.

    • Complete Damage Video
    • Visible issue

Without an unboxing video, claims will not be entertained.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
